Alina Placzek

Alina Płaczek – a child, baby and newborn photographer, with many years of experience.

She runs her own photo studio in Poland, winning numerous prizes, merits and international awards in the field of newborn photography from WPPI, MPA and MPIO. In 2015, Alina has been a Judge in many competitions, such as Nikon Contest, Magic Lens Awards or Image’n’tech Photography Contest. In everyday life, she is a lecturer of the Nikon Academy – she runs workshops on children and newborn photography, which are immensely popular with the participants.

She also teaches internationally. She also has gained experience through running individual consultations for photographers (www.wpieluszce.pl) and through the many years of taking photos of newborn babies and children, both of the average families and those of media fame. She has been nominated for the prestigious title of the international newborn photographer of the year 2015. She a proud winner of the Class Award in Newborn Photography category in MPIO 2016 International Image Challenge Competition.

In her educational work she is happy to share her passion and experience, teaching others how to create beautiful photographs of babies and newborns. She is an author of the book “Newborn photography from A to Z – Compendium of Knowledge” (www.newbornsession.com) and many e-books for photographers. Earning her prestigious “Master Photographer in Newborns” distinction of Master Photographers International Organization MPIO, as a photographer, she is also supported by Wacom and Eizo.
